That sounded very encouraging. Says he is more informed then News/papers. Made it sound like the Big 12 will stick together and there will be full rev sharing.
Changed the channel, I can't listen to that guy, I don't really like the fact that he bought OSU a football team.
That being said, if ISU had someone do that for them I would be okay with it.

T. Boone Pickens interview during the Arizona-Okie State game on ESPN right now. Here's some of what he had to say.
"I don't want to lose [the Big 12 Conference]... I don't want it to go away."
"I'm not sure that the Aggies are going to the SEC."
"Oklahoma State's not going to enter into any litigation."
"You always should do what's in your own best interests. Our own best interests [are that] we hold the conference together... Is that gonna happen? I don't know but we're gonna know pretty quick."
"I know that OU and Oklahoma State are a package... We'll stick together."
"I want a conference of equality... I want a conference of similar structure of the SEC and the Big Ten and the Pac-10." ("Equal revenue sharing?") "That's right."
"I think we will have equality, and I think we will hold the Big 12 together."
"I don't want to go back next year and have problems within the conference. We've got to have all the schools equal and go forward from there, and I think that will happen within the next few weeks."
"No question [the conference] is important to us."
Dang. You took great notes. Great Summerization.
That's what I was thinking also!Dang. You took great notes. Great Summerization.

He is a traditionalist and wants to keep the rivalries and the the conference together. He was on record before Boren's comments last week saying as much. But his remarks were encouraging given the last week's activities.
You could tell he knew a lot more then what he was saying. He was wanting to spit more out but held back.
