We need to just come out and step on the throat. Get up by about 30-35...and then stomp on their throats even more. I hope we win this game by 30+
Brommer and McCabe just look completely out of their element against Royce. I think there's a good chance we're a much worse matchup for Iowa than UNI and Creighton even though we haven't done anything to show we're an overall better team than either of them.
Some close calls and bounces go a different way and this could have been an even more lopsided first half.
I actually like Fran for this job and think he can win, but they're at least two more years away not one more. Too many Iowa fans are expecting Woodbury to be Shaq.

Yeah, after watching the first two minutes it was clear Iowa's only shot was Royce in foul trouble. It's a huge mismatch, Drake matched up on him better, let alone UNI and a handful of other teams we played already.
I'm actually starting to feel a little sorry for them. They're well coached but man they are hurting for talent.
They are just so unathletic they have ZERO margin for error. If they turn the ball over, shoot poorly, and don't get some breaks they not only don't win they get destroyed. We are seeing it tonight.
