Props to you for drinking Chimay. The Red happens to be my favorite. The only place I have ever found it is Cyclone Liquors in Ames, but another great Trappist ale is Achel. Very similar to Chimay, but has a bit sweeter after taste that I love. Achel Bruin is fantastic.
