We stopped buying the bags of shredded cheese because of the anti-caking agents and preservatives, it tastes better to get a block and shred it yourself.

Sharp cheddar and aged white cheddar are probably my favorites but I love most of the cheeses.

I've stalled out on my fat loss. I'm eating anywhere from 1800 to 2100 calories, but I don't want to go too low. I'm 5'6 and about 162 pounds. According to one of those body fat scanners at the gym, I'm about 16% body fat, but I think I'm around 20% if I did a DEXA scan.

I'm also strength training, but my lifts have stalled out. My bench was higher in November/December than it is right now and I haven't improved much on my lifts the past few weeks.

New world screwworm jumped the border and has shown up in a calf in S Texas. Not a huge deal on it's own but doesn't really help anything USDA continues to try to ramp up Sterile screwworm fly production to slow the spread and help keep it in Mexico.

I remember when I was a kid we always used to stop at the Goldfield cheese Mart on the way to my grandparents house in northern Iowa. The cheese curds from there were amazing.

Hooks cheese Mineral point Wi, has some amazing curds. only sell them a couple a days a week. Grabbed some at the gas station one day sampled the bag once I got in the vehicle went right back in and grabbed a second one.

To each their own, but I always hated blue cheese. The fact that "veiny" is a desirable quality makes it even worse.
