Qwest/CL issues in ankeny?

Wife's parents called theirs is out on the north side of ankeny too. Looks pretty widespread. I won't waste my time calling then.

I'm in extreme NE Ankeny, no issues here. Even ran a speed test to confirm and it came back normal.

My Qwest in Ames was very slow last night and finally went out totally. It was fine this morning at 5 AM and is still good to go. I wonder if they we doing an upgrade of some type in the offices in the area?

Any call to them is a waste....last summer I had issues with CL and even with calling for (not exaggerating) 73 straight days and over 20 service calls they still never fixed the issue. The worst part is where I live that's my only other option besides dial up or satellite .

Post a report on DSLreports. I did that a few months ago when I was getting 500k in the evenings. I got a call from a qwest rep and they had me back to 7 in 2 days by moving me to a fiber section.

In Des Moines ours dropped at 4:55. Cut off 8 business locations, very frustrating since the backup didn't auto connect like it was supposed to.
