Anybody have any video or pics of that game? I remember Blythe took over on a couple long bombs.

I also remember the pre-game hit tape featuring "have a nice day" by bon jovi. Had some awesome clips of defense rocking Drew Tate 23-3....wish I had that hit tape

Literally, the only thing I remember about that game was some bull**** replay call about Walter Nickel's forearm being down.

And that electronic train whistle...honestly, anyone can wheel in a noisemaker on a cart to be loud. Don't bring that small time crap to the bigXII Texas Christians.

THIS, but for some reason I remember it being the side of his foot, like he rolled his ankle and somehow he was ruled down. Either way I remember that being a big call, in the outcome of the game.

thats the thing i remember most also... that was crap!! we had to punt and really lost all momentum after that. berryman had a huge game. if i remember correctly, i think curvey and the rest of the d-line played well also.

Berryman won the MVP award even though we lost. He had like 4 sacks.

That was a pretty typical DMac 2005 game. ISU was the better team, but ****ed it up.

So true. What a bittersweet year; we had a golden opportunity to grab double-digit wins and came so close in every loss. God I wish we could have a schedule that easy again, just once...

Yup, should've been 12-1 with a loss to Texas in the Big 12 championship game. That was the year Texas beat Colorado 70-3 after CU lost to ISU two weeks earlier. ISU should've played in the Cotton Bowl at worst that year.

Baylor, Mizzou, Kansas, TCU, and Nebraska were all games that ISU threw away.
