Am I the only one that still likes Walt and wants him to win? I am definitely not rooting for Mike. I'd be cool if Jesse comes out ok if he's still with Walt. Empire or bust!

The only thing that makes me think that Skyler might make it the whole way is that if you check the breaking bad cast in imbd it shows her in 62 episodes, which would take it through the end of the series next summer. Either way, she is already dead to me though.

I'm ok with Walt winning, as long as Jesse does. I hated Jesse for about 3.5 seasons, but he's finally won me over.

Really, as long as anyone but Skyler and Marie win, I'm ok with it.

I sort of feel like his decision to keep cooking last night was not something that he would do, although I know they're morphing his character. He would have $5million, the car wash, and he could tell Sklar that he's done cooking so bring the kids home. Then she dies quietly in her sleep some night and Walt collects another $5million from an insurance policy he wisely took out 6 months prior.

Maybe she'll be in flashbacks over the last couple of episodes, because I think she's dead in the near future.

Did Walter White not learn anything from Avon Barksdale and Stringer Bell? You gotta get outta the game when you become the bank, otherwise you end up in jail or Omar kills you in a renovation project you're working on. Stupid.

I'm right with you. I just kept waiting for Jesse to die and kept hoping. Now all of a sudden, as Grantland pointed out, he has gone from stereotypical methhead to stereotypical "I went from methhead to cooker/distributor without really ******* myself big time." Now he's the voice of reason.

This. Walt could so easily kill her and make it look like suicide. Everyone knows she is suicidal right now.

And Walt saying that he has nothing but the business is kinda dumb. Kill Skylar and he has the kids back. Take the money, kill the *****, and get the **** out.

having to wait till next summer for the final 8 episodes is really going to stress me out. especially since you know damn well that that last episode of this 1/2 season is going to end with something completely crazy.

I think the directors purposely made it a ridiculously high number like 5 million, so that the obvious answer to any rational person would be to take the money. With the intention of trying to show just how jacked up Walt has become.

We can either continue down the road of craziness. Or Walt could take the money, we get more Skyler, and the show is basically over.

I’ll take option A.

The Wire...great show.

I'm rooting for Mike over Walt. It's hard for me to root for Walt at this point

fantastic episode

One thing though. Do we know anything about that scene where the guy somewhere in Europe killed himself yet?

Was he one of the 9? A few of those guys got offed earlier in the season (like Chow).

We also don't know anything about the "guy on the inside" that Mike has mentioned. I think its Gomez. He's been less than enthusiastic about any and all aspect of the Frein case.

It appears the German company owned part of the Gus's chicken restaurant chain and the German exec was getting Gus supplies such as Methlamene thru other companies they owned. Lydia who works for the German company is involved also. The DEA found a photo of Gus and the German exec and made the connection. I think the 9 are mainly Gus's ground guys that they rounded up. Will be interesting to see how Walt and Lydia try to take the 9 guys out now that they won't be getting the money that Mike promised them to stay quiet.

I think there's going to come to a head where Walt and Lydia have to kill each other.

God, I hope Jesse wins. Or Walt dies rich and his kids get the money.
