Add on the catch after going out of bounds and you start to wonder if the good old BigXII fix is on. When the ref throws his hat but not the flag it's pretty obvious that they just didn't want to stall that drive.

Watch it again in regular speed. Did he ever possess the ball? No. Even if he did, it was ruled fumble on the field. Did you see indisputable video evidence saying that he DID possess the ball, over the fact that he did not, watching it in slow motion?

Let me guess, the refs just happened to miss an inelligible receiver catching a downfield pass, and they also just happened to miss that incomplete pass. OU had already declined the penalty on that incomplete pass (It was ruled complete, but we all saw that it wasn't on the replay), so if it got overturned OU gets nothing out of it. Typical coddling of the Sooners by the league.

Im pretty sure going OB doesn't matter if you are forced out by the defense.

Man Oklahoma sucks. Wonder how the refs will try to get them back into it this time?

why in the hell do the OU defensive linemen have all the cross bars on their helmet mask? looks a little overkill to me and completely worthless

But a ref doesn't throw their host for getting forced out. It is supposed to signify a player went out on their own and thus making them ineligible to touch the ball first.

Or the ref threw it initially on instinct, but after thinking about it for a second realized the WR was chucked out by the corner and decided to make the correct call. The fumble call was horrid, but there's no need to create more controversy when the ref ultimately made the right call on that play.

Game should be a blowout for K-State right now. OU(Or mostly Landry Jones I guess) just isn't that good...
