I think I'd go to Miles or The Gardens instead. I haven't heard of an official game watch though.
These guys are regulars at Captain's and get great service and all that. I agree it's not an ideal set up for gamewatching, just adding what I knew about watching ISU games up there.
I guess the main advice would be to avoid Tweeter's.
I think there is also a sports bar across from the park that I've been in once that would be alright for a gamewatch. I didn't get over there much this year so I don't know if it's the same.
And yeah, say no to tweeters.

Looking at their FB page (Miles Inn) it looks like they are pretty heavy into the Hawkeyes. I don't see anything about CYclone gamewatches there.
