Baylor has already scored more points in 3 games than ISU will all season. Think about that for a minute.
When you watch Baylor, the field looks huge. When you watch ISU, it looks tiny and crowded.
Just insane.56-14 when Briles played almost all of the second half with back ups...but instead of just running the ball up the middle three times an punting, he let them execute the real game plan... Second half was won by WVU's 1's over Baylor's 2's, 3's and 4's, 28-17
Here we go again, posters giving Baylor bjs again. They still have not played anyone. Settle down.
I think top 3 is a reasonable observation. Their defense is still not good, and their offense is just exploiting slow corners and a weak front 7. I think teams can neutralize them much the same way ISU did when RG3 was at the helm. Yes they won and yes they gashed us on the run, but you have to make Baylor work down the field instead of just chucking bombs to fast wrs
Yup.... nice call dude!
How can I say this respectfully...I'm still not sure Baylor has played anyone.
I agree. Looks like Kansas State might have been somebody. Sorta. How can I say this respectfully...I'm still not sure Baylor has played anyone.

Not sure about the steroids, but my spidey sense tingles regarding Baylor's rapid rise to conference elite in FB and BB. Particularly when you remember this is a school with something of a history with outside influence to their athletics programs. It probably comes off as sour grapes this morning, but something just doesn't smell right there.
Dave Bliss was one of the shadiest guys in the business when Baylor hired him. I don't think a lot of people were surprised when that broke bad down there. "A blatant and sweeping disregard" for regulations, is how the NCAA described it:
The full list of major program violations included:
Other improprieties of a lesser nature were also discovered.
- Bliss paying for tuition for two players, Dennehy and Herring[SUP][4][/SUP] and attempting to conceal it.
- Coaching staff providing meals, transportation, lodging and clothing to athletes.
- Coaching staff paying for tuition and fees for a recruit at another school.
- Bliss's encouragement of school boosters to donate to a foundation tied to a basketball team that included prospective Baylor recruits.
- Failure to report positive drug test results by athletes.
- Failure by the entire coaching staff to "exercise institutional control over the basketball program."
While Scott Drew hasn't been pinned with any cheating (other than some minor recruiting violations) I found it very interesting when CBS polled college basketball coaches last season about who was the biggest cheater in the sport, John Calipari and Drew led the field by a mile.
Critical Coaches: Who is perceived to be the biggest cheater in the sport? - CBSSports.com
Just my opinion, but if Drew suddenly takes another job, duck and cover.
With the way teams turned each other in back then (one of the reasons SMU got busted) it's a pretty good mark to not have been hit.Maybe I am just a cynic from watching college sports too long. But arguing that BU being one of only 3 SWC teams not sanctioned by the NCAA is like arguing who is the most innocent gal at the ***** house.
I am not saying it's some intentional fabrication. It's simply a combo of the 4 things I listed and the religious angle simply serves to amplify the other 3.Look, I don't begrudge the defense of your school and programs. I expect it and it should be commended. I'd expect Calipari supporters to say the same thing. But the perception isn't a fabrication by those who don't like that Scott Drew sings his heart out at church.
