baylors non-con is sick. big 12 is down. and as much as i hate saying this you're ranked higher because other people say you're ranked higher. sec = high rankings because they play other high ranked teams. until good teams starts playing each other in non-con the system fails us.
i think a 1 loss SEC team makes it but you're right, they'd never pit the SEC championship teams against each other again in the NC.
Not a chance. Baylor could be the only undefeated team and still wouldn't. Their schedule is terrible.
Baylor will be #7 in the human polls if LSU loses tonight. I wouldnt be surprised if they jump Miami to #6. The computers are going to jizz over Baylor. Good chance they will be a BCS top 5 tomorrow.
I'm rootin for them. Tired of the same old teams getting the benefit of the doubt in the rankings. Would love to see them crash the party.
Will be telling if the voters push Missouri or Stanford ahead of Baylor. Bias will really show if that happens.
Baylor should be no worse than #7 I think with numbers 3,6,7,8,9,11 losing. #10 Miami was damn lucky they won against scrub UNC too.

The computers are going to absolutely hate Baylor right now. Maybe they get it back to their favor by end of the season but they've got no shot at being a top five in the BCS tomorrow. Their best opponent is Kansas St and it's really not close. Do they even have a top 100 SOs right now?

They won't go undefeated. But even if the do they'll need a lot of help, and that's the way it should be. You shouldn't be rewarded for a terrible SOS.

Computers used in the BCS aren't allowed to take margin of victory or scores into consideration. Those who normally do take that into consideration (e.g. Sagarin) use a different model for their BCS computer rankings.
