Well he's right. The players don't respect Ireland, the fan base hates Ireland. It's been that way for awhile.
However, everyone LOVES Philbin, or so it seems, so it'll be interesting to see what plays out.

Comments are already ripping Sage but it is pretty clear there are serious problems in the Dolphins organization.

Yeah... plenty of people are ripping on Sage but at the end of the day everyone needs to understand that Ireland has some serious issues and Sage's experience with him shines more light on just how big of a ****** Ireland is. Seriously... should the GM for the Dolphins be instructing a player to physically assault another player? If the guy is that stupid just imagine the other BS stuff this guy is doing to the players.
