Guys, the McGary chants were completely uncalled for and please don't defend it. That's pathetic. We saw nothing extraordinary from him tonight. He didn't punch anyone in the crotch or a take a fist to someone's head. Thug or not, they're not uncommon plays.
Between these chants and the ***** show we saw after the Kansas game (fan running after Self, the racist tweets) we're in danger of forming a reputation. If you're at a game and the fans are chanting "f*ck _playername_" or "overrated", yell at the people next to you to cut it out. The students there may think you're a buzz kill, but the much larger group of alumni with pride in our school will thank you.

So we arent supposed to stand behind our players and try to protect them? Got it. Will remember that in the future. Whenever we see our guys getting screwed, we will not say a word and let it go unnoticed.

Ridiculous? They're dropping f-bombs on live TV to an audience that will have no idea way, other than just plain spite.
Refs may be inconsistent, but it's their problem to handle, not yours. Especially because a fanbase is *gasp* biased and prone to see things they want to see them.
There is a certain lack of class displayed when one has to rely on a vulgarity to prove their point. I used to think it was cool to drop F bombs as well at games, then I realized what a fool I looked like.

I can't be the only one that looked at the scoreboard with :48 seconds remaining with ISU up by 5 points and had a horrible deja vu feeling. All I could see where flashbacks to the Kansas screwjob game from last season. Glad to see history didn't repeat itself.
