Happened at the football complex. Sounds like trainers were right there and paramedics arrived shortly and couldn't get things going again. Hope no players were around yet as that can be a pretty traumatic thing to see. Feel horrible out this. Great guy from a few interactions. Makes me sick to think about his family.

So incredibly sad. If there is any good to be taken from this it certainly gives you perspective on your on mortality and the importance of enjoying every day. If a 43 year old in great shape can pass away so suddenly it really makes you cherish each day you have.
