Same. In my mind, it feels like we have virtually no chance. I'm just frustrated for the staff. They did everything they could. To think, what if he hadn't gone to Findlay?

He would have committed to Fred in November imo. It has got to be tough not to gravitate towards UNLV, when playing in Vegas and a school with so much UNLV connections.

Can an ISU booster buy ABCD Prep and get something similar started? Not joking.

I'm going to go ahead and assume he's going to UNLV, then anything different is a surprise. It's a good surprise if he signs with the Cyclones. A horrible, nasty surprise if he goes to KU or UNC.

To all you saying the predictors on crystal ball don't know anything: You do realize that it's their job to find out things like this. They have more connections than all of us combined. I'm not saying they will get it right, but you're in complete denial if you think these guys switching their picks to UNLV, especially this late, is not a sign that they know something.

I'm not saying they will get it right, but you're in complete denial if you think these guys switching their picks to UNLV, especially this late, is not a sign that they know something.

Forgive me if I have doubts that some geek who runs a Illinois or Kentucky fan website has some inside knowledge on where Vaughn is going that somehow leaked to them......but not to anyone at CF, Chris Williams, Blum, Hines, Paul, etc anyone who have ya know...just elected to keep it to themselves.....instead of offering up some hints.

never heard of the site before it was mentioned and have only lightly heard of one person that's a journalist on that bored.

UNLV got in late too. Mountain west blows, their #1 pick was a bust, UNLV sucks, horrible coaching, awful awful fan support, no TV exposure.

Hope for the best, prepare for the worst. But realistically we are a very good team next year. He would have added a huge scoring option to our team but at the same time I really dont see us lacking scoring.

They are just guessing. I bet nobody that is posting on this site or sending out tweets has any idea. I'm a KU fan and very few "experts" expected Wiggins to go to KU. Tons of leaked info had Randle going to KU and he ended up going to Kentucky. I still think Vaughn ends up at ISU.

"People in the actual know" know it's down to two but people who don't know anything still throw out UNC, Kansas, Kentucky as having chances...

I heard earlier this week that he was a UNLV lean and these new reports are just solidifying it. Hope he does well!
