So a 3-9 season right after going to two straight bowl games and being ranked in the Top 25 the season before last year makes us a bottom feeder? By that logic, Florida is a bottom feeder due to what happened last season..
From an outsider iowa state has always been an after thought, few years back interest was piqued with the 2 bowls and heck I did play by play on here for your big Nebraska win. But your overall record and history isn't the best. Sorry Minnesota where I'm from has been as bad as iowa state but they actually won natl titles in 60 ' s and past

I like this BisonCardinal guy. He's not pretending, not faking anything. Just comes right in firing away. That adds a little something to the first game.
Mangino got worked over by NDSU last year at Youngstown State in dominating fashion. I was out there at it. Yes I did play by play on this very message board on the Nebraska gameday thread upset. I was proud of ISU that day.

Not true. UNI always has a chance against ISU/Iowa because of the rivalry factor. NDSU on the other hand not so much. Would they like to beat a big conference D1 team? Yes, but they won't have quite the heart UNI does.
