You didn't answer my question. What's Mario Chalmers' dad up to these days? Oh. He's not on a staff at a D1 school and he only was at KU because his son was on the team? Weird how that worked out...

Welcome to the lull in the recruiting cycle, where there is nothing new to report. Our moment off the rails did lead to some good discussion over whether or not some ISU fans are OK with hiring a family member/former AAU coach if it meant that it would bring an elite recruit into the program (and isn't this topic about recruits?) but some people cannot handle a grown up conversation that grows and shifts and evolves and felt the need to throw a hissy fit. It was nice while it lasted but the whiners have voiced their disapproval so I suppose we'll need to get back in our simpleton box and stick directly to the exact topic.
Whatever. It's just bizarre to me that you've been registered since January and have over 2,500 posts.
Anyway, I get that posts don't stay on topic, especially during the off season. The problem is that you're not an ISU fan, so what you say, will usually illicit even more responses, EVEN when you post something that is perfectly logical.
When you combine that with the fact that your posting pace likely exceeds 99% of the posters on this board, and for every post that you write that others disagree with will cause 3-4 ISU fans to post responses..... you can see how every thread turns into a twocoach thread.
So my logical posts are the problem and not the ignorant responses to them? That's brilliant. the inmates are officially running the asylum. There are some people that are mature enough to be able to have a conversation and post logical responses to my logical posts, regardless of what team I happen to cheer for in my spare time. I encourage those that cannot do so to utilize the Ignore function so that they never see my posts and their thread pollution does not take over the thread and we can continue to discuss the topic.
Am I the only one that thinks it's really weak to keep a troll around to drive up traffic? Maybe with his switching high school classes he'll run into the same problem that Ray Kasongo had in meeting the entry requirements to Oregon and be back on the market.

I'm not too worried about getting a shooting guard in the 2015 class. We will have a fairly proven sophomore eligible in 2015 in Hallice Cooke. On top of that Matt Thomas will be a junior and Naz Long will be a senior. I do really want Dillon Brooks to stay in the 2015 class though.
