He was below projection in nonPPR and right at the projected 17 for PPR. Sounds about right against SEA unfortunately.

Had it been PPR, I would have said start him since he gets targeted so much. NonPPR is why I suggested bench him. He was 2 yards away from having a good night if he doesn't step out.

I just don't like putting guy like Nelson up against Seattle's D. I agree that in a PPR league where all those dink and dunk passes rack up points I probably would have started him. I just think Jackson will beat Nelson's output pretty easy and both Wright and Patterson have an excellent shot at it as well. I have a bad feeling that the KC defense is going to give up a bunch of good fantasy numbers this year.

I got 17+ out of Nelson in my league (PPR), which outpaced Yahoo's prediction by 2. I'll take 17+ out of my WR all day.

Correct. It all depends if your league is PPR or not. He was a solid plain in a PPR league but not in a standard scoring league.

As I said, the league in which I have those guys on that list is non PPR. I started Nelson in all of my leagues and only one of those is PPR. Honestly I'm not upset about getting 8+ from him against a very good defense. If Jackson ends up having a better game, oh well. Hindsight is 20/20. I play my studs almost all the time so it'll happen on occasion.

So is Thomas though. Thomas, Mark Ingram and Khiry Robinson are all in the mix.

I drafted Thomas and Ingram late; figured I'd throw some **** at the wall and see what sticks. So I fully expect Khiry Robinson to emerge as the lead back now. **** RBBC.

I'm with you on this. Others aren't. No right/wrong philosphy, personal preference.

Just thought I'd stop by and say I told you so on the Rodgers benching.

Carry on.

Yeah it all depends on your other options. Right now ESPN is saying that Tannehill will get more points that Matt Ryan. I'm still going with Ryan.
