Hilarious everyone dogging the refs. What about us forgetting to field a kickoff? Or giving up a 97 yd kick return for TD? Or giving up 50 yd TD bomb? Or getting two ISU turnovers overruled by calls and eventually turning into a TD?

Nah. We r just getting screwed. None if it has to do with our constant lack of discipline.

We're playing terrible now, but that was still a bad call.

The problem with this team is not the refs. It's not all Sam Richardson. It's lack of talent as a whole. The recruiting under Rhoads has been beyond awful. They only sign guys that's best offer is ISU 99% of the time. You can be a good coach, but if you can't recruit talent, good coaching can only take you so far.

Sam haters just LOVE to jump on the few mistakes. Far, far more drops or just bad routes by receivers than bad passes by the QB. But when trolls get obsessed - they can't give up.

After getting a big middle finger by the offense all game, the defense is finally ready to give it back to the offense.

He had two turnovers on our only TD scoring drive that were negated by penalties. He is not the only thing wrong with the our horrible offense but his having a pretty bad day and that isn't anything unusual. That said, if anyone else was better they would be getting snaps. The offense is just totally sad but the QB is in the middle of it.

I'm not one to be down on our guys too much but I think it's in their heads after that KO return to open the half. We are laying down for OSU right now.

That being said, OSU has been holding our receivers all day long and that gets frustrating.

I blame this on the offense. The defense gave the offense every opportunity in the first half and they repeatedly failed to take advantage. It was the offense that was supposed to carry this team this year. It just isn't happening at all. The offense doesn't look any better.

The defense isn't talented enough or deep enough to carry this team. Offensive execution is just no there. Credit some of it to OSU too, because they have a lot of speed and are just better overall. They are a legit Top25 program. We just can't give them 14 points in special teams and overcome pretty crappy offense.
