We've thrown deep twice in the entire game now.... one was PI on OU and the other was a TD.
But it's WAY too risky to try it more often, right?
I will go to my grave wondering why on Earth we don't throw deep a LOT more often. Almost nothing bad can happen when you do. An INT is pretty rare, and even when it happens it's just like a punt, which we would be doing anyway after our 3 and out.

Every butt in the seats is one more that gives Paul Rhoads reason to say he "saw some good things" in the first half.
He was responsible for the RB moving out to the flat. He's slow and looks lost. But that wasn't on him
Edit:: Sorry - I had the wrong guy. Thought it was him and it was Luke. Not sure what you expect him to do on that play though

Because it's throwing OU off... they never expected to see him holding for kicks. Can't you tell how well it's working?
It's just part of the brilliance of Paul Rhoads.
There is STILL 6 flipping minutes left in the 3rd quarter. On the edge of my seat on how this game plays out.
