I recommend some ejection seats for the "can't watch the last 5 minutes because I have to get the hell out of here" crowd. This would help them get to their cars faster and get them the hell out of the way, so I can watch the end of the games without them obstructing my view.

Flag Guy can't make it around the top now. Dude needs to start working out or he should lose his job.

It's because dumbasses try to leave at the 4 minute timeout and are too full of themselves to notice a guy hauling at them full sprint. It's a lot harder to run when you have to weave through people

You wanna see stress and panic, watch the ushers faces whenever it happens. Always having to hold people out of the way from getting lit up.

I remember when the OSU game, people were leaving with their heads down early because they "knew it was over". Ill always remember them sprinting back to their seats to pretend they never left. Ushers should've blocked the stairs and escorted them back out to the parking lot IMO.

which brings me to another thing we could add to fix at hilton: parking management. The lots after games are a complete cluster**** sometimes, and are the reason so many leave early.

Awesome. Pollard and crew need to put them in and cut down on power consumption, then give a raise to CFH.
The lighting and maybe the ceiling are really the only things I would like to see changed with Hilton. It would be pretty awesome if they got lights that can dim/turn off plus these Musco lights would make the court much brighter. The ceiling is in pretty rough shape but if they made improvements I would hope it at least maintains the acoustics Hilton has now.

More seats are now needed since we have real bball.

I see places where seats could be added- Inner concourse- A few luxury suites to boost revenue and maybe some club type seating. I think you could get an extra row in the arena circle. The walkway between the court and first row is quite wide. Balcony walkway- Eliminating this would also eliminate flag guy, but I see no reason to have a walkway all around the upper balcony.

let's also delay the drive-home forecast until after the game ends

Why can they not remove the inner concourse, have all the exits go staight to a larger outer concourse, and then add several thousand seats where the concourse is, joining the upper deck to the lower bowl.

I feel like any major renovation to Hilton will force us to play a season elsewhere while they renovate. For example: TCU.

I dont know... if we can do JTS in one offseason id bet you could do hilton where you wouldnt have to worry about weather.

Worst case you could split it into phases possibly. You could widen the outer concourse in one season, then do the inner concourse\suites the next, for example

Volleyball could get bumped elsewhere for a season though.

Well, it does allow people to enter and exit the balcony and get to their seats. But beyond that - completely un-necessary.

I'm guessing the fire marshall may have something to say about all these concourse ideas as well.

Somebody is going to have to point out to me something that is actually wrong with Hilton before I'll ever get on board with such major renovations.
