Thought it was kind of odd they even showed a "seating diagram" for this. Was thinking that maybe it would turn away the "casual fan" as they may think it's not worth going because that shaded area will be full before they care to go.

I'm hoping they let you sit in other areas if the shaded ones are full. I could care less about being on TV, I just want to see the entire spectacle of game day. Only other time I have seen it was a football game at Notre Dame way back in the early 90's and it wasn't nearly the big deal it is now.

Anyone know if they will limit the attendance? I will be coming up from KC, and don't want to travel all that way to get turned away at the door.

Just talked to the ticket office. They will open up addional seats if needed. No one will be turned away.

So you'll all go to Hiton for the chance to stand behind TV announcers that you can't hear because they are on TV at 9 in the morning? Just to hold up signs? And then leave by noon?

I would love to see Hilton packed, but I'm guessing 750 students and 750 others.

It seems like a cool thing to do in Ames on a Saturday morning for those of us who live here.
