If that guy is a lottery pick I'm Santa Claus. Non existent. I've watched him in several games and no way he's a 1st rd pick. I don't care about potential. He's 6'8 not 6'11. Better have some semblance of an outside shot of you are 6'8 and play in the league. K. Carry on. Two coach called me out for saying this earlier and I still say the same. He ain't going nowhere next year.

No ****. An Oubre is a nice player, but not lottery either. They couldn't hold Wiggins and Embids jocks.

But they were recruited by Kansas, good luck whoever drafts them.

twocoach has apparently never watched a basketball game that didn't involve Kansas, so....

I agree. I don't understand how a 5*, projected 1stRounder / Lottery pick, gets 14 minutes at this point in the season.. Self must be pizzed at him for some reason. What would be bad news for us Cyclones if he does not enter the NBA and returns next year.

Alexander played alright toward the end of the first half, then barely played in the second. Strange move by Self.

He is too slow and has no footwork, only time he was in the play was when they went 25 seconds into the shot clock so he could carve out position underneath.

He usually met the team coming back up court, heading the other direction.

THink Woodberry :)

Self said he was benched because he didn't like his motor today. If that was the case, Self should of benched his whole team.

It's far too early to write them off. Besides, NBA teams don't draft on current dominance, and I have no issues with those two learning how to be better in the NBA instead of the Big 12. Alexander is playing his role, and if we had Alexander we would probably be undefeated right now.

This is part of why I think KU will be scary good next year because I don't see that many of their guys going early this year.

I was blown away with how we outpaced them all night long. Great game plan by Fred. Make half the free throws we missed and this isn't even a game at the end. We took it right too KU and they had no answer at all. Anybody see the rebounding stats? Seemed just by watching we really did a great job on the glass tonight. That seemed to hurt them, as I think their jump shot style of play was hurt by not getting a lot of second chances.

We had trouble keeping him off the boards when he played, luckily he didn't play much
