Wherever I go, there I am.
He only really participated in two plays...

One) He drove the ball, got fouled, made his shots. About as good as you can ask for a possession.
Two) Got off a bad shot with withering defense crawling all over him... would have happened to any of them.

I didn't see any particular lapse on defense from him.

Niang turning the ball over like four times and not passing out of triple teams hurt a lot more.

I know Thomas is a relative disappointment versus his ranking and how Morris developed from the same class, but he was a slight + contributor in limited minutes so far tonight.

You are right. Niang's mishaps hurt way way more than anything Thomas did.

Fred is ****** about all the second chance points. You know that's one thing he said we could not allow tonight in order to win. ANd every loose ball bounces right to a white jersey. It's maddening.

No doubt. How many of those loose balls were so close to being breakaways for us. Maddening is right.

Morris needs to take the ball away from Niang as the ball handler. Niang is getting really tired it seems and gets sloppy with ball.

This is crazy. If Georges didn't turn it over we would have the lead. If you would have told me this morning we would be tied at half with OU I would have taken it in a heart beat. Play like this in the 2nd half and we win easily.

Well, ISU shot 64% from 3. That's not going to happen the 2nd half. However, if we shore up the defensive glass we'll have a good shot. Easier said than done.

I don't think anyone is blaming Thomas. It's just a coincidence that teams start their comebacks when he's in the game.

Right on cue, Thomas becomes the whipping boy for literally no reason whatsoever. It would be funny if it wasn't so sad.

While Thomas didn't make any bad plays directly, the entire flow of the game seemed to change as soon as he came in. Maybe it was a coincidence, but it certainly happened.

Why does Georges feel the need to take over handling the ball when we get good leads?
