I think I ran all of the possible scenarios through the generator and if ISU defeats TCU:
1.
WVU defeats KU
OU defeats KU
ISU will end up with the #1 seed.
2. If KU defeats WVU, but loses to OU
OU and ISU tie, so it will come down to who finishes higher between Baylor and WVU. If WVU finishes higher, ISU has #2 seed. If Baylor does, ISU would have #3 seed. If they tie, then it goes to record vs. combinations of K-State/Texas/OSU and ISU wins out in all scenarios and would get #2 seed.
3. If KU loses to WVU, but defeats OU, then we finish second and have the #2 seed. (Could still tie with West Virginia, but win the tiebreaker).
