ISU Opens -1 vs. Texas

This is making me even more nervous for this game.

I'd almost rather have it this way than be a huge favorite. The team tends to play more alert and better basketball when we are the dogs or barely the favorite.

I wouldn't think so. Is Texas still a Top 50 team? I don't think it would be considered a bad loss.

Tough to beat a team 3 times in a season. Especially a team like Texas that needs to win 1-2 games this week to guarantee itself a spot in the NCAA tourney.

This is a game we should win, period. We are better than Texas, and, as khaal said, being desperate doesn't put the ball in the basket. Its not the end of the world if ISU loses, but definitely disappointing.

he looked good last night, that was the best game I have seen UT play in months. As long as Monte can keep Taylor out of the lane we should be fine.

Most of their bigs only played 22-25 minutes. Their guards played 33-35 minutes.
