Well, right now, Im still learning and following people around. Once I really get going, I would be going around and making sure everything is going alright. Making sure meds are being run and protocols are being followed, etc. etc. There are so many other things that I need to know that Im not sure how I am going to remember it all.

Just don't **** your long time employees off and you'll be fine. Good employees make your job much better. (that's true in any job) They'll be able to teach you a lot.

I don't know...I mean, he was basically CEO of one of the 3 hospitals here in town...so it's not like he's usually prone to forgetting things...but he's grown his hair into a ponytail, traded his Toyota Avalon in for a Subaru, spent the better part of a year camping out of a Mercedes Sprinter van, and had some camping buddies over to camp in his driveway and sing old '60's songs on his back porch until all hours of the night...so I'm guessing it's the high as **** alla time angle.

Medicinal use dude it's all good;)

Luckily the managers at each site are really good, so I am just trying to soak in as much as possible.

I thought I had a headache before...

Just entered my June work schedule into Google calendar on my phone. No rest for the weary....whew.

Also, I detest cover letters.

I was watching, but my roommate doesnt like Harry Potter :dull:

This is not acceptable.

I may have said this before, but Warner Bros. was extremely fortunate in casting 11 and 12 year olds for main and secondary characters, and only having a problem with one throughout the 10 year filming period. (Kid who played Crabbe or Goyle...the shorter, fatter one)

I always thought of him as The Oracle from The Matrix, but not.
