I do have an interest in both ISU academics and athletics. I've even been known to root for ISU.
Back on topic... I purchased two of the 3-pack tickets today. They're fairly high up in the corners, which I expected (and don't mind). Chose Kansas as the 3rd game, mostly because it's the most likely to have decent weather, be a possible win, and also we are already going to the TCU game (tickets won in this year's Cy's House of Trivia raffle). Am excited to be there for the UNI game when everyone gets to see the SEZ for the first time on a game day!
So it looks like they're up to section L. How bad will the view be from there? Thinking back to the hillsides it seems that will be a bad angle and maybe even obstructed to one half the field.
Nothing will be obstructed view - remember, they're legally required to tell you prior to purchase if that is the case. They will have a better view than the hillsides if for no other reason than elevation. Plus, the top half of the new seating decks doesn't level off and extend behind the concourse like the hillsides did.
They should be much farther than L. That was where the seats were starting the first day for the first two games. I'm guessing they are almost to the last section (n).

I think the difference from the hill is that the stadium curves and you arent sitting at a lower elevation relevant to the seats like you were in the grass.

I just bought 2 of them in section L row 12. Seats were actually better than when I had looked at other times. They will not be great seats, but decent.
For uni and iowa? I wonder if they aren't going back and filling in seats or maybe it's just random.
Based on other posters I assumed they were just working their way around the bowl.
Yes, for UNI and Iowa, those were both section L row 12, did Kansas for the other game and section K for that game.
Ended up in section M. It seems they are still selling since the seats moved around after I went back after a half an hour.
Checked out the ticket site and the $99 mini-packs were no longer available. However, the $125 mini-packs are back. What I found interesting was when I entered I wanted 4 or more tickets, the seats for the UNI and Iowa games were in Section T and not the new end zone seats. The third game (I viewed the Texas game), however, was in the SEZ lower section. If you entered 1, 2 or 3, all seats were in the SEZ lower sections. Just a FYI.
