Totally agree. But he's a lifelong Arkansas resident and they have a legit shot at monk. I want to believe we will get him but I don't see him going anywhere but Arkansas. With that said, after reading the article, I have hope.

I guess im confused, i know isu is located in boring iowa but outside of that, we are known to play one of the most exciting offenses, we have one of the best college basketball environments/homecourt advantages, we have a coach proven to get pgs in the nba and for the last 5 years we have been nationally relevant and constintaly in the top 25 for what 3 years? We also have a final 4 contender this year and most players are not returning. Playing time is there. Why not isu?
Exactly this. And with him being a 2017 recruit, it's not like we spent a ton of time on him. We will have an ample amount of time to find another recruit to fill his spot.
I'm sure there's a ton of uncertainty with how Prohm will perform at this level. Unfair or not, the way this season plays out will probably play a large part in his ability to recruit here. Good news is he's set up to be successful unless he and the team just completely crap the bed.
Not sure, but we should probably avoid them since that doesn't seem to work very well for us
Certainly could be a possibility if Gard is not named the replacement, but that's likely who will get the job and King seems to like that
My sister lives in nw Arkansas. Kind of nice actually. Lots of trees, hilly and plenty of businesses with Walmart headquarters close by. Fayetteville happens to be in nw arkansas.
Exactly I bet TJ will still keep in contact and if Bo leaves and Wisconsin has a down year. While Prohm proves himself things could switch and heat up befor signing day. Don't put money down but keep a faint eye out for. Oh the life of recruiting!

It is weird that after 4 straight NCAA appearances and two straight Big 12 Tourney champs and a team that is preseason top 10 that it seems difficult to get high ranked kids to come when other places that haven't had as much success lately can. The one positive is that Prohm and TJ seem like they work their butts off recruiting so I think eventually thr recruiting will pick up.
