A little awkward and weird but don't understand why Hawk fans are getting their rocks off about this video when you look at their promo videos from the past.

This is great. I'm sure it wasn't made in an attempt to be funny, but that is quite hilarious nonetheless. Good to know Coach Campbell can squat 135 pounds. What an animal.

Not sure if you're serious. This is an embarrassingly bad video. On all levels. The fact that someone saw the finished product and thought it was worth releasing is almost funnier than the video itself.

This in my opinion was a funny video showing their intent to work around the clock to get the job done. It shows a human side that I like and would appreciate if a recruit parent. Just my opinion. The nornal videos used at toledo were amazing. They will come.

I hope that this video is intended to be humorous and not a legitimate attempt at marketing.

I viewed every video that came out of the Toledo football program the last five years. This was dead period humor while making a point. Relaxxxxxxxxx. The videos will be awesome once they start rolling them out.

I really liked this video. They were being funny and having fun guys. I'm a college student and watching this video isn't making me cringe or anything, it makes me chuckle. If anything it makes recruits see that the staff is having a good time. Calm the F down.

So this was embarrassingly bad, but the video of Ferentz awkwardly smiling at the camera as they pan down to show him sitting in a nest wasn't? Both videos are meant for a little fun and exposure. You take coaches way to seriously.

I get the intent, but why do it? We're being mocked and laughed at for it. Can't they just work around the clock to get the job done without an embarrassing video to prove it? Let the results on the field do the talking.

And is that infographic on CMC supposed to be a joke or spoof too? Include numbers from his DIII playing and assistant coaching days? Really? I expect better from our AD.

Campbell is doing great so far, so he can keep doing whatever he wants. I wonder if it's his personality like this that so many recruits love him and want to come play for him now.

The video is clearly doing exactly what it was meant to do: get people talking about Iowa State. Keeping the program in the front of recruits' and fans' minds. Think about this: it's a recruiting dead period and now on multiple national sites, Iowa State football is a topic of conversation.

Consistent exposure of any kind leads to familiarity.

Corny video.....but people take themselves way too seriously.

Saw that soundoff's twitter account was openly bashing the video...classy

Don't let the "any publicity is good publicity" way of thinking fool you. It'd be nice to be in front of peoples' minds for what we do on the field for a change. But stuff like this has people laughing AT us, not WITH us. Big difference when you're trying to be the topic of conversation.
