Friday at 9 central in Tempe. Here's ISU's release. No Downey listed. Even though we're ranked 14th and they are receiving votes the matchups are split 5-5 in terms of who is favored. The matches at 125, 149 and 197 are gonna be big in this one.

Stauffer at 184, Pierce at 157, and Hall at Hwt are going to be ASU favorites.

Krauss or Pagdialo will be tough at 49.

Need bonus from Earl, Tanner and Lelund

I think Kyle, John and Marcus can all win their matches

Is this the Arizona State coaches 2nd year? If I remember from previous posts, their recruiting has been fantastic. Are they expected to take a big jump next year or is that still a couple years down the road?

Next year, they will have the Valencias brothers at 165 & 184. Benick at 197, Maruca at 149, Shields at 157.
Then have Hall back at Hwt

Every time I see the Meeks match results I think we should have let Nebraska have him. I don't know if I have seen a bigger recruiting bust at ISU.

Hall is a 23 year old true freshman. They've got him until he's on social security.

I was wondering how that worked.. I know that he went on a mission trip, but damn thats a long mission! Think he also took a grey shirt year at the OTC.

Graduated high school in 2011. His peers from high school are 5th year seniors right now.

Beyond ASU having amazing girls........... would be nice to see Meeks turn the corner. Idk maybe I'm off base but seems like anytime now that switch can/should flip (hopefully).

I hope so, but he's seemed on the cusp ever since his first match freshman year.
