Will this fella ever see the floor again with meaningful minutes?

I think next game or in the next 2 games he'll reclaim his spot in the rotation. Ashton has played hard and given good effort, but hasn't produced much

They must have seen something with Ashton in practice to put him ahead of Cooke in the rotation. Frankly, I think Cooke is a better all-around player. I hope he sees more minutes, because I think his ceiling of potential is higher than Ashton.

This game wasn't about Hallice not being good enough to hit the floor. It was about Morris, Thomas and Nader being too good to take off the floor. Hallice will just need to be ready when he gets the call.

No, its more about Ashton obviously ahead of Hallice. Not complaining, just saying what everyone else is observing the past 3 games.

The thing they saw at practice from Ashton was...he was there.

Hallice will have to regain Prohms trust to see the court. Prohm had to make the team his own after the 1-3 start and Cooke showed up late shortly after that.

I was going to add that- Ashton snuck in front of him due to the late arrival to practice, and really hasn't done anything to lose that spot. I'm confident Hallice can win it back (maybe with an opportunity for more minutes if McKay is needing more rest).

Not exactly sure.
Hallice is a 1 or 2. Ashton is a 2 or 3. We don't pull Monte much, so Ashton has a higher chance just due to his positioning.

Morris is averaging 39.6 minutes per game in conference play. Doesn't leave much for the back-up point guard.
