Just wondering what makes you say Naz is gone...
Don't listen to that jacka*s.. I have talked to Naz a few times recently and both times he mentioned to me that knowing he can come back for another season is what it getting him thru watching from the bench and not being able to help..

this is guy is just looking for attention...

Who knows what Monte will do. He seems to be a good kid with a good head on his shoulders, so I am sure that he will make the best possible decision for himself. I know that I watched that game with the idea that it was the last time I was seeing Monte at Hilton too.

I feel like this would be a terrible year for him to turn pro. Deep PG draft pool, hasn't been a go-to guy offensively yet at this point in his career, and could stand to put on some muscle. With that said, he'll probably go, albeit too early ala Blalock, Stinson, Brackins etc. It's just the nature of the money making machine that the NBA is, although it didn't work out too well for the other 3 guys I mentioned.

The most highly sought after graduate transfer in the country? There will be guys that will get more attention than Naz.
So he'd just be one of the most sought after graduate transfers in the country... Big difference.

Naz is a Cyclone. Wouldn't of even had a shot to play D 1 had Hoiberg and ISU not offered him out of HS. He's proven himself as a big time player now, but I just don't see him going anywhere else. Even if his goal is a NC. The way college bball played out this year, there isn't one team with a clear advantage over another to win it all. If Monte comes back next year, ISU is still very much in the discussion.

Come on, dude...Naz bleeds Cardinal and gold.....if healthy and granted the 5th year, which he expects, he will be a Cyclone.. And he also told me he is trying to get Monte to come back so they have the best backcourt in college bball next year...

Brackins was a first round pick. It worked out fine for him.

That's why I said I'm 95% sure he'll be back. I was simply stating another scenario that people didn't seem to be considering. Everyone's way too uptight about this stuff.

Lots of chatter that Naz is gone or Mnte is.

im not throwing in the towel. Prohm could have a great team in two years, but I fully expect complete attrition for the next season.

Chatter where? Show me one person that is even speculating that Naz is gone and where? He's certainly not transferring. Dude is as cyclone as it gets and he already addressed it. Dumb post.

If Prohm's reputation is true, a developer of guards then why would Naz leave if his goal is to play at the next level? Monte Morris might also be able to improve his stock, perhaps focusing on offense this summer. Next year monte might not have to focus entirely on point and could put up some great offensive numbers. In the end another year could be beneficial for both.

Yea it's actually a deep field pg wise this year. I just don't see MM being a first rd pick. Not sure he'd get drafted at all actually. And the way he's been scoring and even playing of late doesn't really help his cause honestly. If stupid reporters like Hines who are only liking for Twitter hits keeps asking him if he's going pro and when then it's going to continue to put pressure on him. Just tired of Hines that's all. I think Monte hasn't looked like Monte lately because he's thinking too much about how well he is performing. Just play ball and it will work itself out.

Hines is asking those questions because thousands of people want to know the answers to them.

Naz is 99% to get his medical redshirt which means he's 99% going to be playing for Iowa State next season

So you're just throwing **** against the wall and calling it "chatter"?

Al doesn't have a history of throwing **** at the wall. The fact is that there is a nonzero chance Monte and Naz leave. I doubt either happens, however, it could.
