I bought Ballbreaker in high school, and that's the last "new" album of theirs I have really listened too. I have heard a few of their new songs on the radio here and there, but for me they haven't been relevant for decades. I will always love the classics, though.

Ugh. That sucks. As the article said Bon Scott was the original but Johnson has been the voice of the band for most of my lifetime. I hope they hang it up. It gets thrown around about different lead singers but he is truly irreplaceable.

Learning about Malcolm was worse but this is really piling on. Hopefully they can get Marc Storace from Krokus. He sounds just like Bon Scott. That would be a nice throwback to end their careers.

They have the 11th most albums sold of all time, so unless you think all of those people were somehow brainwashed into buying those albums I don't know what you mean by overrated.

If anything, ACDC is underrated. At least critically. Not by the masses. Pretty much everything they did through For Those About to Rock is top shelf ****.

First time I heard Krokus "Long Stick Goes Boom", I thought it was AC/DC!
