It's bs coachspeak. Most fans don't care what song the team comes out to. The obsession on this board about those things is sad. He can "change the culture" with social media all he wants. If we go 3-9 again this year, who cares?
The Cyclone Warning was one of the better parts of graduation at the Jack, hope they keep that. But Pomp and Circumstance instead of SOTW.
Are you serious? They used the Cyclone Warning at graduation. Nice touch. Anybody have a video? Did any non-football fans freak out?
If only we would switch to the Me First and the Gimme Gimmes version...

Yea, they did Cyclone Weather Alert and has the fog going when the banner bearer for each college entered. I'll look the link up again and edit it in here. Concession lines were fairly lengthy but so was the ceremony.

It starts with the grad promo, which ends with Georges on Senior Night talking about his forever home. Cyclone Weather Alert starts at about 1:50 in right after the promo. Most of the grads were still lined up in Bergstrom so they were surprised when they heard they did it.
I was annoyed that when the band played Cyclone Fantasia and got to the "Fights" part, so many people around us had no idea why people were standing and clapping. Can't imagine sending a kid to a school and not knowing the fight song.

We have a myriad of examples of just how wrong this mindset is, you're confusing how we measure success with how that success is created. This is all part of building a successful program, if he does it well enough you'll get your wins.
The last verse said "Cardinal and Gold with Paul Rhoads" sooooooo they'd need to cut out before that...
I much prefer something like this to a copycat version of something someone else is already doing. Plus, it ties into the siren. And it is "ours."
It is the video clips that makes this. The music wouldn't be all that compelling on its own.
