CW said a week or two ago he was expected to make it after he finishes summer school, but that won't be until right before classes start.

Heard from a great source that ISU still expects Lard to be on campus on time for school to start. He needed summer school to make it, which is why he still isn't here.

Lard woudn't be as big of a loss as Malou obviously, but it would mean that we only have 6 players back for next year. Yikes!

Somehow reminds me of Little League when they switch catchers. Although I always thought it was crazy not to make your kid wear a cup no matter what position he was supposed to be playing.

I would think if he was coming he would be with the rest of the team doing workouts.

I certainly could be wrong but doesn't sound terribly great.
