How does a team's switch get so easily turned on and off throughout a game?

Make shots. Really didn't have a problem with shot selection like some. They just didn't fall. Never quit working. We're going to take it to them in the 2nd half. Why Texas doesn't go inside all every possession is beyond me.

It took about 16 minutes to get an assist? At least we out rebounded them 6-0 over the last 5-6 minutes.

I thought that too but we had like 3 total field goals - so not a lot of opportunities to rack up assists.

Maybe, maybe not. Maybe he goes with pink for his mom, but goes with excessively pink shoes for extra attention, who knows, whatever. We've been so spoiled by the Niangs, where he was so consistent and we knew what we were gonna get, every game and every shot he took, seemed to make sense.

No worries at halftime. Burton is an enigma, Monte and Matt get hot, and we'll burn the nets scoring 50 plus points second half to bring home the win. Relax.

I hope you're right and I'm starting to think we might do this, but what we did in the first fifteen minutes of this game is awful and should never happen.

Shaka Smart is going to make adjustments, you can count on it. I hope Prohm has some kind of answer.

Obvious note... if we come out of the 2nd half like we started the 1st half, it's game over. Prohm better have something planned at halftime besides sitting on his thumbs.

We need more penetration by Monte and hopefully he can get fouled, or make a layup now and then, and Holden can get the offensive board. NEED MORE OF THAT

On a side note, did you see that Michigan State is losing 59-29 to an average Michigan team? I know it's completely unrelated, but good thing we woke up before that became the score!

Agreed, I don't know how many teams go down by 15+ and pull out the win more than ISU. The fun part is being at those games when people leave early (ahem, Oklahoma game) and cheering the comeback.

Fortunately, I've become immune to stress being an ISU fan. My wife doesn't understand how I can just sit calmly and watch games like this and on Saturday.

I don't have the numbers, but the blue bloods find themselves in a wasps nest pretty often it seems.

Heck, Baylor was down by like 30 this past Saturday before almost pulling it out. I realize K-State has a better record than Tex so they're 'better', but the ability of Texas is crazy when it comes together.
