We reached out, but fortunately we have Tyrus to shoot the darts from long range this summer. Unfortunately we think he might have some type of prior commitment, but we are not sure what it could possibly be!

Im guessing its going to be Ejim, nothing really to go on there other than I think he was one of their priorities
If I remember correctly, a lot of teams last year only had like one or two decent bigs, and the alumni teams' post depth would be the equivalent of getting Ellerman and Stu to show up and get like $20 each if they win. Even elite teams would just have one really good post and then guards
That's what I'm wondering too. Good roster, but when I talked to the guy at the Spring Game it sounded like a lot more people were in, like Royce, Kane, and Ejim.
edit: Still like how the roster rounded out though. They said they could go over the amount of allowed spots as well, so more news could come as time progresses.
Did they announce this was the end of the roster spots?
One of the podcasts this week, Jared said they were looking to get 12 guys signed up, then hold tryouts and carry 9 on the team.
Sounded like a lot of the overseas guys play until June and wouldn't get on the team until their current team was finished playing.
This. I expect them to get Ejim AND Royce on board. And probably Babb and Clyburn. I don't know if I'd like my chances of making the team if I were Bowie or Kourtlin Jackson or Lucious. With the other additions, they'd have:
PG: Garrett, Bubu
SG: Stinson, McGee
SF: Babb, Clyburn
PF: Ejim, Hogue
C: Royce, Brackins, McKay
They'd obviously have to cut a few more guys from that group.
Call me crazy but i'd rather have Lucious over Bubu any day of the week and twice on Sunday

He was such an "all in" player. Whomever he works for is very fortunate!
I don't know that I would. Bubu averaged 10ppg in the D-League. Lucious was over in Poland in 15-16, but I don't know that he even played anywhere last year.

That group would have a chance to compete. With the current commits, they're a long shot. I'm hoping we hear a few changes/additions because how fun would it be to watch that roster?
