I never claimed it as original thought. CPR was fired because of who he got so he was pretty spot on, unfortunately.

The crystal balls are about as accurate as weathermen. There are many examples of them being wrong. It seems like they just look at offer list and see who is the "best" offer or a very old interview.

Yeah, I'd have to think this development hurts our chances a lot more than it helps. Henry seems to really like ISU a lot, so I'd rather see him just do what he wants to do versus just ending up going wherever his friend wants to go.

Whatever happens, so be it. CMC will move on either way.

That was completely missed on the 247 board. And after reading that, I've lost even more confidence that he's coming here (committing). Sounds like he's all about their QB commit Justin Rogers. On the plus side, I didn't really ever think he was coming here, so not much of a surprise.

I find it odd he's quoted saying Texas A&M is excited about recruiting him, but they have yet to offer and they are in his top 3. Obviously a holdout, but still. I'm also not sure why many are already writing him off that he'll likely commit to TCU, as he seemed to love ISU on his visit.

Something else to consider is that if truly he and the WR are a package deal, I highly doubt that we'd take another 5'9" WR. That would be three very short WR's for one class.
