This class has been really impressive. I think we're in on enough guys that we'll land a couple of them early this fall.
Big selling point for KU for sure. Only drawback is he'll likely be one of a handful of recruits attending thus lowing the attention on him.
Getting Zion on campus before that with the possibility he'd commit that weekend give me optimism. Especially since he just visited a couple of weeks ago unofficially.

“My deadline is the end of September, but if I take an official and feel like this is where I want to go I will commit right there on the spot. If everything plays out I will commit at the end of the visits in September.”

I will be somewhat surprised if he makes it to the KU visit. It feels like they wanted him to come later so they'd have time to get possible commitments from other players first. If those don't work out, they'll take him.
This would be a great get.
As mentioned, KU may have other higher targets (tough to tell how it will play out) but we can certainly sell him on how big of a priority he is to us. If KU has interest in a kid we are after it clearly means we are doing something right in at least identifying these kids.
Pitt has been down but they are still dangerous as they play in the ACC. I'd like to think we have more to offer than they do.

Halsted caught up with Zion. From the interview you see that Zion believes Prohm views him as a priority.

I don't like this quote coming before your second quote included, though.
