The more I think about that scene the more I think it was her playing him playing her. The obvious "hiding spot" she was standing in was basically in his direct peripheral, she didn't look very well after he had left his room. I feel as a faceless man (basically) she would be able to be a lot more discrete if she wanted to be. It was almost as if she wanted to see what LF would feed her, as a way to see what type of game he is trying to play with her/the Starks. Maybe that is just my wishful thinking, though, as I thought I saw them arguing in the preview for next week.

She wants to know what he wants her to think. Then he thinks she has the upper hand while she turns Sansa against him by telling her that he's planting this stuff and then she can kill him.

Tell that to Estherville.

How we've been able to hold onto that is beyond me but whenever it's come to a vote, it's not even close. If I would have been smarter I could have made some cash peddling Midget sports gear in college.

Did anyone else have the insensitive thought -- why not just send out one of the Night's Watch or wildling already in a cage and wait for him to die of exposure and reanimate as a wight? Terrible TV and cruel, but much smarter than this current plan.
I don't think it works this way - doesn't the night king have to reanimate the dead? It's not like in The Walking Dead where everyone is carrying the zombie virus and will turn into one after they croak.

On another topic line, I was disappointed Jon didn't reunite with Bran and Arya at Winterfell, after hearing of their return. Bran may have some useful info for him... (And Sam would have too if he didn't cut off Gilly mid-sentence)

I don't think so, the wildlings and night watch both burn there dead to keep them from coming back... though it's never really been made clear

The thing that annoys me with the Littlefinger/Stark drama is that every single remaining Stark has openly expressed to the others how much they distrust him. How in the hell isn't it obvious that he's trying to stir this drama up against them?

Nobody will kill Cersei except Jaime or Tyrion. That is, if she dies at all. You can take that to the bank. My money is on Jaime.
It won't be Tyrion. My money is on Jamie. His face lately at her actions is very telling. Like having to put down the family pet. Hate to but necessary.

The Starks are brave and virtuous, but they did kind of get hit with the stupid stick.
