So are we to take that sentence as the rumors are true & Park isn't playing? It's very vague.
It's Chris's way of saying it's true without saying it's true. He's trying to cover his ass by keeping it secret so he doesn't lose sources. A ***** way of going about things imo.
Like many people have posted, I don't think it matters who will be the starting QB against the Sooners.
If this is true, HOWEVER....
Why would you post this? Perhaps, just perhaps, Campbell wanted OU to keep practicing as if Park was the starting QB. Then he could spring on a different starting QB with maybe different skill sets as Park on game day -- just a little confusion to gain some sort of an edge.
Our "need to know" and you wanting to tout what you know does not trump Campbell's coaching strategy for a big game.
Please tell me you are not in the military where "loose lips, sink ships". And, if I were your boss, I would worry that you are giving away company secrets.

Oh JFC. Oklahoma wouldn't prepare differently if Tom Brady was our QB. He comes with information that a board like this is interested in. I don't think Oklahoma coaches are scouring the board trying to see if it's Noland, Kempt, Park or Lanning.
Why would Kempt start instead of Noland? I'm starting to lose faith in this coaching staff.
They believe Kempt gives them the better shot to win at Oklahoma
OU doesn't give a crap who are we are starting at QB. They have their own things to focus on.
That right there is hilarious!!! Between the horrible Texas offensive game plan and this decision, these guys might be in over their heads.
Zeb has not taken a snap against a P5 team. Having him start at OU would not be the best decision. Its best not to feed the future QB to the wolves in his first game?
Kempt has at least taken a few snaps in a P5 game before.
It is too bad for Park. If he could get his head on straight and work on his mechanics he really would have a good shot at the next level.
