Matt Leo FTW.

No kidding. Doesn't Leo just have this year and next year to play at ISU? He's listed as a junior, so I don't know if he has a RS year to use or not?

Either way, talk about someone being over hyped. I understand he hasn't played much football in his life, but at this point you gotta think we'll be lucky if we get one good year out of him. Which would be better than no years obviously, but I thought he could provide something for us this season.

I don't think anyone can win here. No matter how good they are.
For much of this history we had middle school facilities and a requirement to spend a fraction of everybody else on coaching staffs. Now a good coach will win here. History is pretty clear in the current era. Good coaches win anywhere. Bad coaches lose anywhere. Is it easier or harder some places, but that makes a difference on the margins.

Was it a coincidence last week when we used a logo of a **** swirling down the toilet on our helmets?

If he got caught with THC in his blood it'd probably be treated as a "violation of team rules" with a short suspension as these things typically have been in the last 15 years or so.

Campbell's response has me wondering if Jacob is struggling with things much harder to come back from.

This team needs Jacob under center to have a chance at success, but there's things you deal with directly and refer to professionals.

Hopefully he is able to return to the team soon, but there are things more important than football.

Between the lines it seems likely either "addiction" or "anxiety". Adding together a GF, daughter, nfl goals to your first real season after a wandering path where you've used up your mulligans, and had history of impulsive decision making, is not going to make this easier. Good luck to him, and rest of team.
