Jirehl Brock - Will He Choose the Good guys?

I think, deep down, he's narrowed it down to Iowa State and Iowa. He may not announce anything publicly, but it's going to be either us or them IMO

Iowa and NW likely have a great chance. Pretty hard to turn down a team when you'll probably get 30 carries a game. It's what Iowa and NW do.

I mean DM did touch it 20+ times per game last season (more if you account his time missed against Baylor & KSU).

It's fascinating to watch this staff recruit. I don't follow recruiting as closely as some do, but I can't recall off the top of my head a recruit where we made the top five and the other four were Big Ten programs. I love that this staff is not afraid to be different in the Big 12 and seems to have a clear direction they are heading.

I don't necessarily think I like Hall "better" than Brock, but the staff definitely views them as 1A & 1B/interchangeable.

Arguing about where a kid is going to go to college is silly. If you could read an 18-yr old's mind then you wouldn't be conversing with the likes of us. His list is solid. None would surprise me.

Yes, one could make a case for him choosing any of the schools.

Oh really? I knew they had one but didn't know they added another. Guess he missed the boat then. I just figured Hall would choose the Huskers because he used to live in Nebraska, is a Nebraska fan because his step dad who is basically his mentor/trainer played at Nebraska.

I mean, I guess they could recruit over one of the commits, but they gained a commitment from a 4 star RB just a week ago, and the other committed last month and he's a 3 star with offers from Tennessee, Texas Tech & Syracuse (though he's from Oklahoma so i'm sure he would flip with an OU or OSU offer).

Of course, this all is assuming that both of them were recruited at RB like their profiles suggest.
