I hope you're kidding. But you might actually know this to be true. I guess we'll find out soon enough.
My hope is they will take the negative feedback, lack of clothing and accessory sales w/ the new logo on it, learn their lesson and just retire it. Then they could work on a new and better Cyclone, or adopt the OrrCyclone.
Interesting they keep the Jack Trice throwback uniform on display. Interesting the black helmet doesn't have a true I-State stencil. It is a full decal sticker.
I'm glad to see them keeping the Jack Trice throwback uniform on display. I like it the best of any of those - not that the rest are bad though. I hope we see the Trice throwbacks again this year - and more of those gold pants too.
We'll see, and you might be right, doesn't mean we have to like it. One way or another we'll find out soon enough. Hopefully popular opinion will 'eventually' prevail, and they will get some better trademark name and mascot logos. Nobody is saying this will happen in the next year or two. These aren't changing anytime soon (https://www.trademark.iastate.edu/marks/newathletic).
No sense in pretending that they will.
Maybe a reappearance of the matte helmets or just the lighting? Regardless this is a great look.
Cardinal // White // Cardinal
...has always been our best look.
If we were to do something like LSU and wear that as a home primary, I would be absolutely fine with that, and emphasis it (or all-white) on the road.
I suppose w/r/w is ruined because of that stupid black collar...
I think we were trying to go for something like this...

...and it just does not work.
Is that dark blue or black?
Black face mask and it would work.I suppose w/r/w is ruined because of that stupid black collar...
I'll make my own. You're gonna be the only one without a national championship tshirt, then.
