Kansas has received the punishment that was defined for the violations that were found guilty of. If you have an example of a violation that Kansas was found guilty of where you do not believe that they received a harsh enough penalty for, please list it. Otherwise you're just randomly whining. How many scholarships lost? How many wins vacated? How many coaches and administrators fired/resigned? How many postseason bans?
That said, my point was less about KU than the NCAA. I have made this same point about football, which clearly has nothing to do with KU.
"The NCAA is so mad at Kentucky that they are gonna give Cleveland State the death penalty" - Jerry Tarkanian.
Why is that? I am realistic in that I am aware that Kansas has committed some recruiting violations in the last 25 years. Nearly every P5 school has. It's just absurd to say that Kansas has been let off the hook and not punished for violations when that is clearly not the case. I know it's fun to rant on a rival but creating an alternate reality and trying to pass it off as fact is something that I will call out every time. This statement is hilariously sad. Think about it for a bit.
I am not going to do your research for you. If you want to post an accusation then back it up with some facts and resources. The last time Kansas missed the NCAA tourney, it was as a result of a postseason ban due to violations.Link? and even if true certainly not to the extent they should have been.

Bowen Sr. said Dawkins told him an original offer of $60,000 to $80,000 from Adidas to attend Louisville was increased to $100,000 because that is how much Billy Preston got to go to Kansas

FIFYIf you ain’t cheatin, you ain’t ku.
But...Creighton is all about being good and proper...Greg would never do that.I saw a tweet Creighton offered 100k and a good job. Greg playing the game.
You know Creighton really surprises me. The Jesuits won't put up that for a moment if found true.
Ku fans are seemingly coming to grips with the fact they may be in trouble and have to vacate some of their basketball excellence. Some are down to the 'everyone does it' state of mind.
Can't believe Frank Martin has escaped any mention to this point in time.
There's no way of knowing that today. The FBI is a variable we have not seen since the 70's when BC players were found shaving for the mafia. They made a documentary bout that one. So, maybe we have something that rivals "Hoosiers" as the greats sports movie of all time staring some Bill Self lookalike?so whats going to actually happen?
