Great fight by team, and it could have/should have been even bigger. Our defense dominated them for 80% of the snaps, and with DM that’s a comfortable win. Really should have been anyways, but a win is a win.
great win for a team that looked a little lost on offense the last couple weeks. Purdy appears to be okay, guess we will keep him.
It's amazing how having a QB that can throw on the run and run changes the whole offensive dynamic. That was awesome..

With Purdy in the backfield, Montgomery is going to rumble for 200 next week, assuming he plays of course.
140 rushing on 38 attempts w/o DM was also stout. Not eye-popping numbers but helped grind out 1st downs and control the tempo.
If someone had told me before the game OSU would score 42, our 3rd-string QB would play most of the game, with Montgomery out, I would have predicted an L at about 100%.
Has there ever been a better defensive effort that resulted in giving up 42 points? We must have had 20 TFL and another half dozen QB hurries.

They kept giving our QB pressure credit towards how bad OSU was, but our D-line is really really good.

Purdy's dual threat skill set probably makes more of the playbook possible and probably makes the OL's job a bit easier. Also, giving up 42 points looks bad, but the Cyclone D's 16 TFLs and 7 sacks had OSU off balance most of the day. Add it all up and I actually have some optimism for next week.

Weird. @SouthTulsaPoke made it seem that they would be the team with the enormous amount of sacks
The Cyclone D-line disrupted their running game and got pass pressure all day with 3 and 4 man rushes (w/the occasional blitz). Almost the entire second half, their running backs were forced to bounce outside where they would get cleaned up for TFLs by our speedy LBs. Our D-line is just plain nasty!
