I went with A. I didn’t have very high expectations coming into the season and those were blown away. A bowl win would’ve been great, but this was still one of the better seasons in school history.

B+

Kind of an goofy and up and down season. I’m really proud of these guys for not folding against OSU and KState. We REALLY needed to get those monkies off our backs.

A- although that's likely unfair considering I was just hoping for 6-7 wins.

The TCU game hurt and the bowl game is a bit sour still.

Trying to avoid being greedy for next season with expectations.

I went with B+. 8 wins should never be less than a B for this program. I went with B+ because we got to 8 wins and a solid bowl after a 1-3 start. Had we won the bowl game or one more regular season game I'd have given us an A-.

Yeah if anyone goes below a B they need to go review some ISU 'classics' like we're more used to as fans and rethink things.

I said A-. I think the last couple games if the season and bowl game put s sour taste in my mouth. We still pulled out done wins, but we dhshou have been more polished at the end of the season. I would say we we're better at the beginning of the Purdy era than the end.

I went with B+, although it's close to fringe A—.

Slight downgrade for delay in establishing the QB situation after a 1-3 start, although it wasn't an easy early-season schedule.

Up-grade for 6-3 and 3rd place Big 12 finish and best bowl bid since '77; no bad losses (Drake was a bit too nail-bitey), finally beat KSU (albeit a down year for them) and 6-1 finish to regular season.

Bowl win would've pushed it to A-minus. Even a win over TCU or Iowa might have done it.

I can forgive the initial hesitation to play Purdy with two guys with experience with exception to about the 4th quarter of the TCU game. Scheme could have been better vs. Iowa and TCU regardless of who's at QB.

I can still remember the Rhoads years where I would literally fall asleep during the game. Can't say that about the last 3 years. The 3 loses were fine as we competed with the team. Texas not so much but we also didn't get 50 pointed.
