Did you watch the conference championship games? Some great football with great offenses.

This one had Belichek at his best and shut down a prolific offense. Not every game needs to be 42-35

WTS, it was a boring game.

I watched the end of the Chiefs-Pats game. That was fun.

I did not watch the other one -- but considering the officiating controversy that kind of determined the outcome, I do not know if that is a vote for the NFL.

This is a broader trend, though, even if a few games shine through.

What a boring game. You know what the Pats will do game in and game out but man I was disappointed by the Rams. No creativity whatsoever on offense. Reminded me a lot of our gameplans against Iowa and Texas

I've read that some of you think this game was boring. I guess successful dynasties finding new ways to in is 'boring'. I'd probably be jealous too if I wasn't rooting for New England. There never has been a better team to play in any sport, there has never been a better coach to coach any sport, and there has never been a better player than Thomas Edward Brady to play any sport. My sports fandom would be so much worse if I didn't appreciate what I've seen with this franchise like many of you out there. This team has re-invented how the game of football is played. This will always be a team game, not a game of diva pretty boy stat driven quarterbacks trying to help their brand. I hope you can just sit back for a second and say we are watching the greatest things in sports history. You are much better off this way with this mindset.

Brady is one of the best QB's, but he is not the best player of any sport ever and Bill isn't the best coach of any sport, either. Do people forget all the edge-of-cheating **** they've pulled over the years?

I guess I am looking forward to hearing what new ways the Patriots are stretching the integrity of the game to win.

I really hope you were being sarcastic with that post.

He's not. It's Bode back and better than ever. Not sure how mods haven't gotten rid of him yet but it'll be soon. I'm not even a Brady/Pats hater but that game was incredibly boring. Brady is the GOAT, but I'm not quite sure how he deserves any love for this game. He had nothing to do with the Rams only scoring 3 points

terrible game. only fun because i could cheer for my good friend who had a betting square with 3 & 3 on it. he won $200+, and he's giving me a couple cans of Hopslam for my cheering ability. can't complain about that....

The Patriots have done far less than many other teams in the league. Every team tries to bend the rules. Deflategate and spygate are much less serious offenses than say going over the salary cap to make a min dynasty with the Broncos in 97-98 and steroids with the 70's Steelers. There are so many more I haven't mentioned, but people overblow deflate and spygate is because they are the Patriots. If it was your favorite team, you wouldn't look at the same way. And you know it!

We are to read an article from Patriots supporters to say others have done worse? I’m not a patriot hater, but this is a dumb thing.

I don't like nor watch the NFL and I don't have a favorite team. I'm not a fan of the Broncos or Stealers. I'm also not a fan of the Saints but I can recognize the really bad call that went against them a couple weeks ago. ISU is about the only teams I root for in any sport on a consistent basis. I have the Astros listed as an MLB team but I can count on one hand the number of innings I watch during the year.

If there is one thing all the recent scandals have gotten me to think about is how I'd react to Iowa State doing really ****** things to win. If Iowa State were to get invovled with some significant cheating or other shady thing I would take a break from ISU sports for at least a couple seasons and until those in leadership had been removed.

You're free to hold me to that if you can admit the Patriots are the most effective team in the NFL at skirting the rules.

If you are the greatest coach and greatest QB of all time, WHY Cheat?

Brady and Bellicheat are a complete disgrace. Truly great players and coaches do not cheat. They do not have to resort to that. Treat them like the cheaters that they are. So many controversies with officials calls as well have enabled the Pats as well. The personal foul call was BS. And the Patriots were constantly holding WR’s and not called.
