Well Jacobson was 8-10 I said in the game thread they needed to keep going to him, they were willing to give him the shots and he was hitting them.

That was a head scratcher.

I'm not going to rag on the coaches or players, there will be plenty of that.

But that was the most dispiriting thing I have ever seen in terms of play from an ISU team on the floor at Hilton that I can remember.

Iowa still only has a slim chance of being in DSM, but ISU now has no chance IMO.

So it's either Iowa in DSM or nobody from the state will be there.

Ranking does not really matter, it was the same situation, TCU is not a terrible team, and they needed a quality road win.

I fully expect KSU to lose to Baylor tonight, and Kansas to back into at least a tie for league title.

Stuff people got to do today that are really awesome.

-Watch a college basketball game.
-Attend a college basketball game.
-Watch a game on their phone.
-Watch a game on their laptop (me).
-Contribute to an online message board.

Stupid loss and it happens but it's really just some game that has no real impact on anything.

- get rippin high, eat a whole bag of Doritos, a whole package of popsicles, and listen to Venus in Furs 50 times in a row.

Unless Michigan and MSU move to #1's seeds the only way Iowa makes Des Moines, and same thing for ISU, they would need to achieve a 2 seeding.

The best part for all this for these folks is they will be able to post on cyclone fanatic again. They were so mad this season has been successful

Will you guys STFU about Des Moines. Iowa or Iowa State arent going there when there are 5 or 6 better teams from the midwest ahead of them in the pecking order. ISU had a shot if they got a 3 seed but they choked as usual.

A lot of the talk here will be about Prohm’s inability to make adjustments in game and it will be totally justified.
It doesn’t help our shot selection and decision making regressed.
I’m most disappointed in myself for getting my hopes up and trusting a coach that isn’t great in clutch moments.
